This project will look at the reasons employees ended their work with the Department of Education, Training and Employment (DETE) and the Technical and Further Education (TAFE) Institute in Queensland, Australia. Among the questions we aim to answer are: Did employees leave because they were dissatisfied? Was this the same for younger and older employees?

Many people resigned at DETE in 2012 and 2013 compared to prevous years. At TAFE, the number of resignations increased by 34 times from 2 to 68 between 2009 to 2010.
Create new column, institute_service, to store the length of time working at DETE.

In tafe_resignations, I returned a true value for all elements which included Contributing Factors. Dissatisfaction' or 'Contributing Factors. Job Dissatisfaction'as a reason for being dissatisfied with the job. I assigned null values as NaN and all other values as false. Then I made copies of the DETE and TAFE resignation dataframes to be used in analysis in order to avoid the SettingWithCopy Warning.
